Courses
Sessions run 9am–12 and/or 12–3pm, in Waterloo, Liverpool and are in School Term times, e.g. Weds Sept 3rd onwards
1. Introduction to dog grooming – 1 day course – is it for you?
- 2 sessions in 1 day
- bathing
- drying
- handling dogs
£100 – (discounted from Advanced Course if booked within 2 months)
2. Dog Grooming Assistant Course
- 30 hours / 10 sessions
- Bathing & Prepping of dogs
- Desirable skills for a career in a dog grooming salon
£500
3. Intermediate – Clipping & Scissor skills
- 18 hours / 6 sessions
- Able to assist in a full finished groom
£1500 or £1000 depending on student’s experience (e.g. having completed Dog Grooming Assistant Course)
4. Advanced – Dog Groomer
- Flexible sessions available – you could complete the advanced course in 3 weeks or over a longer period.
- 30 hours / 10 sessions
- 22 dogs
- All in-house practical training with printed lesson support pack
- No written theory exam required – only practical assessments
- One-to-One training available or small groups
- Upon successful completion, you will be rewarded with a “Notes to the Grooming Table”
- Business advice
- Portfolio and certificate upon completion of the course
